Whew, busy day!  I have a couple updates today: I had the great pleasure of interviewing with Stefanie Berganini over at the new Stitch Blog for Stitch magazine.  We talked about craftiness, how I get inspired and what I think about sewing for a living.  You can read my interview here.  In case you missed it, here’s two of my latest projects for Stitch, the Butterfly Mittens and the Dresden Clutch….. I heart Stitch magazine!  Thanks so much for featuring me, Stefanie!! In other news, the last post in my “Exploring Vintage Fabric” series for Burdasyle.com also went live this morning.  You can read all about the political, social and spiritual implications of vintage Marimekko prints here. Never fear, my guest blogging for Burdastyle is still going.  Next up, I have a new series called “Vintage in Detail” – all about how to trim your projects with fun, easy AND authentic vintage details.  My first post is going to be about a neat trick I learned with ric rac!  Stay tuned!
